If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ZenVia product, we offer a return policy designed to give you peace of mind.

Return Period

30-day warranty : All our products have a 30-day return period from the date of receipt.

Unused Products : To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Used Products : Products showing signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to evaluation.

Return Process

Return Form : Complete our simple return form explaining the reason for your return.

Return Authorization Number (RMA) : You will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions via email.

Product Shipping : Send the product to the address provided, including the RMA number on the package.

Processing : Once your product is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Options

Full Refund : For products in perfect and unused condition.

Exchange for another product : We offer you the possibility of exchanging your item for another product from our store.

Store credit : An alternative to cash back, with an additional 10% of your purchase value for future purchases.

Shipping costs

Returns due to defects or errors : If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, ZenVia will cover the shipping costs.

Returns due to personal preference : In the case of returns due to personal preference, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Defective Products
